Eligibility for Return

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • You initiate the return request within 3–7 days (depending on product type) of receiving the item.
  • You have the original invoice or order confirmation email.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care, undergarments, and hygiene-related items.
  • Digital products.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Sale or clearance items (if marked non-returnable).

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are possible only for size or color issues, provided the product is unused and returned in its original condition. Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, via the original payment method or mobile banking ( Bikash/Nagad/Rocket).
  • Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer after verification.
  • Custom-made or pre-order items may have a separate policy.
